If you’re an experienced Sales Operation Executive with a passion for CRM’s then Marfeel is the place to be!

  • Ability to accurately present results and deal with enquiries both internally and externally

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

  • You are a master multi-tasker with the ability to cope with numerous competing demands and effectively prioritize tasks.

  • Your organization skills are legendary

  • You know Salesforce and other software by heart

  • You are experienced with customizing Salesforce to meet changing business requirements and you can prove it

  • You are a rockstar when it comes to implementing new Automation Marketing Tools like Salesforce

  • You are a pro at using Microsoft Excel or similar tools (Google Sheets, Open Office etc.) and know the right tool for the job

  • You love solving problems and are able to demonstrate this with experience

  • You’re passionate about data informed decision making

  • You enjoy identifying jobs that can be automated to help everyone work more efficiently

  • You have a high level of English, it’s a must!

This will be you:

  • Manage the import of data through imports or manual data entry

  • You will help review and disseminate knowledge on business tools to improve effectiveness across the business

  • Assist with identifying and reviewing trends and performance measured against sales targets and strategic initiatives

  • Develop required content for onboarding, implementation, and training

  • Develop reports and dashboards to drive leadership decision making

  • Provide support for all sales and marketing tools

  • Support all business tools to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently

  • Support effective business practises and business intelligence reports. (i.e. new client onboarding and client satisfaction surveys)

  • Understand and facilitate efficient internal working process / workflow and maintain relevant cross departmental interdependencies

  • Owner of planning, defining, and implementing scope

  • Developing Schedules

  • Time and cost estimation of tool implementation and negotiation with vendors

  • Managing Risks and Issues having in mind business impact

  • Controlling & reporting of quality, procedures, and results

  • Be aware of benchmark for the latest CRM’s and update with the new features required for business purposes
